It's about to close. The sound of an alert to the characters inside the DESTINO CLUB. A boy is being chased, caught, and beaten. Nevertheless, he manages to slip away and enter the cabaret. He doesn't know yet that this pursuit has led him to a new way of living. Inside, Destiny, a tattoo artist, and Lullaby are waiting for him to heal his wounds and stage how his future could be. The boy wants to be a singer, but the offer he receives is different.
This is the starting point of The Cabaret of the Lost Men. Existential doubt, hypocrisy, and fear return to the stage. Each song allows us to narrate the emotions that the characters are experiencing and, at the same time, disturb the thoughts of the audience. This production allows us to go back to the origins of the genre, whisper to the audience without taboos, and shake their consciences.
